When you request the PDF
When email delivery is available, the form collects your email address, request time and delivery status to send the guide. A PDF request alone does not subscribe you to future messages. While email delivery is being connected, the page offers a direct download and does not collect an email address.
Optional Bible-study emails
The separate, unchecked box requests occasional study emails. You must also confirm using the link sent to your address. We record that choice, its wording version and confirmation time. We do not infer a religious identity from a download or from anything you read.
Storage and service providers
When enabled, this website stores the request in its hosted database and uses Resend to deliver email. Those services process information for hosting and delivery, potentially outside Canada. We do not sell the signup list. We use short-lived, hashed network identifiers to limit abusive requests.
Retention and deletion
Delivery requests older than 30 days are removed during subsequent signup activity. Confirmation links expire after seven days. Confirmed subscriber and unsubscribe records are retained to honor your choices. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing hello@theperfectbible.org.
Unsubscribe
Every future study email must include an unsubscribe link. You may also email hello@theperfectbible.org to stop updates. A PDF delivery request does not restart a cancelled subscription. Rejoining requires a new request and confirmation.
Study notebooks and videos
The optional investigation notebooks save only in your browser when you select Save on this device. They are not submitted with the email form. Embedded videos are served by YouTube under its own privacy terms. Hosting and email providers may keep their own operational logs under their policies.
