Watch like an investigator
What conclusion is being drawn from a pattern? Would the method also find patterns in other editions? Separate an interesting observation from proof of preservation.
- Write down one testable claim and its timestamp.
- Find the document or passage offered as support.
- State the strongest objection fairly.
- Record what convinced you—and what remains unanswered.
